Haley Ramm keeps it cute in a chic romper at the 2013 Nylon Magazine Young Hollywood Party held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood on Tuesday night (May 14).

The 21-year-old actress was joined on the carpet by Ryan Newman, Madison Pettis, Teen Beach Movie‘s Grace Phipps, and Anger Management‘s Daniela Bobadilla.
