Miley Cyrus shows off a cute bow on the back of her Valentino jumpsuit at the 2013 Maxim Hot 100 Party on Wednesday night (May 15) held at Create Nightclub in Hollywood.

The 20-year-old entertainer took the number one slot on the magazine’s list this year!
