JustJaredJr: What are you most proud of after being on this whole journey?
Danielle Bradbery: âI am most proud of how confident Iâve become. I feel like Iâm becoming more of an artist and going out there and performing like a real artist should be. Iâm just going to keep trying and Blake is by my side to help me.â
JJJ: Tonight, Blake picked âMaybe It Was Memphisâ as your defining moment, would you have picked the same song and do you agree with that choice?
DB: âI agreed with that choice. It was the song that went up so high on iTunes and everyone was freakinâ out! Itâs such a fun performance to perform and so powerful. I loved that song. It really skyrocketed on iTunes.â
JJJ: How did the meeting between your parents and Blake go? It looked like they embarrassed you little bit?
DB: âParents always say stuff that I laugh about. It was really good, I felt like we all became closer and Blake got to meet my family more and get to know them more. Weâre all part of the family and I feel like Blake stepped into our family. Itâs really cool.â
JJJ: Have you watch all those clips from better and seen how youâve grown?
DB: I have watched my blind auditions and knockout battles, those type of performances that were way at the beginning and just the clips that they showed before the performance, itâs crazy how much my voice has changed and how little I was. Iâm still little, but I feel like I grew up a lot in my confidence, so much! I grew as an artist.
JJJ: Does it just feel like youâre just cruising out there right now when you perform?
DB: âYea, I feel like I can go out there and just have fun. Blake even told me, âItâs at the point where you can go out there and dedicate your songs to yourself and just go and be yourself and have fun.â I listen to him and I just perform onstage and take a deep breath.â
