Sasha Pieterse Joins 'Inherent Vice'

Sasha Pieterse is headed to the big screen.

Variety reports that the 17-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress will star opposite Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix in Inherent Vice.

Based on the 2009 Thomas Pynchon detective tome, the story is set in 1960s Los Angeles and follows the drug-fueled detective Larry “Doc” Sportello as he investigates the case of a kidnapped girl.
