Joey King Joins 'Wish I Was Here'

Joey King has signed on for Wish I Was Here, Deadline reports.

The 13-year-old actress will play Grace Bloom, the young daughter of Zach Braff. Grace takes her Jewish education very seriously and is dubious about having him as her home teacher.

The Kickstarter funded project centers on Aidan Bloom (Braff), a struggling actor, father and husband who at 35 is still trying to find his identity and a purpose for his life. He and his wife (Kate Hudson) are barely getting by financially and Aidan passes his time by fantasizing about being the great futuristic Space-Knight he’d always dreamed he’d be as a little kid.
