Joey King brightens it up in this new photo shoot for Glamoholic magazine’s July 2013 issue!
The 13-year-old actress talked to the mag about working with Channing Tatum in White House Down, finding success at such a young age, her other flick The Conjuring. Check it:
On how she knew she wanted to be an actor: “I was five and I did a short film called Grace when I realized that acting was something I really loved. It made me sad when I wasn’t working and I guess you could say that at five I knew it was something I just had to do.”
On the difference between her characters in White House Down and The Conjuring: “Well, in White House Down I’m kind of this bratty, overly smart, somewhat obnoxious kid in the beginning of the movie. As the movie progresses you see a more soft, more real side of Emily. In The Conjuring you get to see Christine, this real kid interacting with her family and then you get to see this poor girl tormented by demonic spirits and her reactions to this awful thing that is happening to her family.”
