Rose McIver: 'Once Upon A Time's Tinkerbell!

Rose McIver is headed to Storybrooke…or maybe, Neverland.

It was just announced (via EW) that the 24-year-old former Lovely Bones actress has been cast in ABC’s Once Upon A Time as Tinkerbell.

Tinkerbell will appear in at least three episodes in the upcoming third season as the Charmings (Snow, Prince and Emma) head off to Neverland to rescue Henry (Jared Gilmore).

“It’s taking the icon and putting our spin on it,” executive producer Adam Horowitz said of Tinker Bell at Comic-Con. “How we introduce her, and who she is, is hopefully going to be surprising because we’re going to find she has a surprising connection to someone [on the Comic-Con panel].”
