Aimee Teegarden is all smiles at the 2013 Young Hollywood Awards held at The Broad Stage in Santa Monica, Calif., on Thursday night (August 1).

The 23-year-old actress wore a lovely Marchesa dress, BCBG heels and Judith Leiber clutch to present at the show.
