Justin Bieber Shows Off New Tattoo Sleeve in Concert

Justin Bieber officially has a sleeve full of ink!

The 19-year-old singer finished his tattoo collection with a rose from Bang Bang Tattoo in New York City and showed if off at his concert on Friday (August 2) in Brooklyn, NY.
