Janel Parrish wears a cute butterfly dress at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (August 11) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old actress took home the Choice TV Villain surfbaord for her role as Mona on Pretty Little Liars.
