Ariana Grande chats with fans as she leaves MTV Studios on Thursday afternoon (August 15) in New York City.

The 20-year-old entertainer took time to take pictures and sign autographs before saying goodbye.

The night before, Ariana teared up when she was presented with a plaque by Universal Republic Records executive Charlie Walk.
