Jenna Coleman on Meeting Billie Piper: 'She's Great To Have Around'

Jenna Coleman keeps it comfy in sneakers and an oversized sweater as she heads back home on Thursday afternoon (August 15) in London.

The 27-year-old British actress picked up some goodies from a shop in Primrose Hill before walking back home.

Jenna recently chatted with Zap2It about meeting and working alongside Billie Piper for the upcoming Doctor Who 50th Anniversary special.

“This was the first time I had met her. I heard a lot about her. Matt‘s really good friends with Billie, so I felt like I met her before,” Jenna shared.

She added, “It’s funny, the stuff you talk about is more like the logistics of like, ‘Oh yeah, I used to eat at this place.’ ‘Well, actually did you know about this place?’ ‘Oh, I stayed in this place.’ We shared notes on that kind of thing, and then we just really got on. She’s great to have around. She’s got such a good energy on set as well.”
