'The Vampire Diaries' Scoop: Will Katherine Come Between Damon & Elena?

Uh oh – trouble may be in store for Vampire Diaries lovebirds Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev).

According to TV Guide, the new couple will start off blissfully happy, but something – or should we say someone – will begin to drive a wedge between them.

That person is the now-human Katherine who has been living in the Salvatore house all summer long. All the while, Elena is off at college.

So what will Elena think of her boyfriend shacking up with his ex? I guess we’ll find out!
