Cher Lloyd brings the party to the Best Buy Theater for her I Wish tour on Saturday night (September 7) in New York City.

The 20-year-old singer recently spoke about her X Factor UK days and wanting to re-prove herself to her home country.

She shared, “My X Factor days… I was an absolute nightmare. And I think I’ve left a bit of a sour taste in some people’s mouths. I was 16 then, I’m 20 now. When I look back now on the person I was before, I’m disappointed.”

Cher added, “The problem is, because I haven’t been in the UK for such a long time, people haven’t seen me grow up and be the person I am today. They haven’t seen that complete change as a person. I’ve got a massive urge to go back to the UK and just be like, ‘I’m so sorry for being such a pillock and please let me give you my music on a serious level and let you make your opinion of me then.”
