Logan Lerman Sits On Tank for 'Fury'

Logan Lerman sits next to Brad Pitt on top of a tank in this new shot from Fury.

Shot by director David Ayer‘s Twitter, the movie is currently filming and set to debut in theaters on November 14, 2014.

Fury is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines.

Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Logan and Brad, what more can I ask for? This film will be very interesting! Logan is one of the most talented young actors, no doubt.

Like Claudia has said, I am so intrigued by the journey of Logan’s career. I mean, he’s starring with the iconic Brad Pitt!! Wow! From his very first movie The Patriot, he starred with the likes of Mel Gibson and throughout his journey he starred alongside the likes of Russell Crowe, Jim Carrey, Drew Barrymore, Ashton Kutcher, Christine Lahti, Bradley Cooper, Christian Bale, Rene Zellweger, Emma Watson, Greg Kinnear, Jennifer Connelly and the list goes on, not to mention all the highly respected directors he’s worked for. That is just so remarkable for someone his age, and he’s proven himself time and time again how much of an incredible actor he is. I love the fact that he isn’t a “Disney” type actor and mostly pursues roles of great substance. I can not wait to see him in Noah which sounds like another epic film that will get him much notice and of course this film Fury with such a top notch cast and a respected director. It’s bound to be riveting…just like Logan. I adore this boy and will follow his fascinating career for what I hope is many, many years to come.

If that dark, bloody and gritty close-up photo of Lerman with the sullen expression is any indication of how he’s going to be in this role, then I’m thinking this kid may be earning an upcoming Oscar nomination next year.

Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, and Shia LaBeouf – that is a more impressive trio of Jewish actors than Brad Pitt’s other WWII movie, Inglourious Bsterds, had.

IMO lerman is one of 2 best young actors, working in Hollywood today. The other being the slightly older Dane Dehaan. logan looks appropriately gritty in the close-up pic

I adore Logan Lerman. Who can not? He’s a great actor and a great person. Seems so humble and so clueless on how great he is. That makes him all the more endearing.

So great to see the talented and low-key Logan Lerman in a more mature role. He said in several interviews that he turned down several teen roles this, year. I suspect he was, referring to Glimmer and possibly The Fault,in our Stars. Looks to be a good decision to move on to adult, roles and bigger films as well as keeping an eye on longevity
