Sarah Hyland shows off her new long ‘do as she attends The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) 2013 Voice Awards held at Paramount Studios on Wednesday night (September 25) in Hollywood, Calif.

The 22-year-old actress looked chic in a Ted Baker dress, Stella & Dot jewelry, Sam Edelman shoes, and a Linea Pelle clutch.
