Saxon Sharbino Cast in 'Poltergeist' Reboot

Saxon Sharbino is headed to the big screen for the highly anticipated Poltergeist reboot!

The 14-year-old actress will step into the role of Kendra Bowen, the eldest of the three Bowen children featured in the horror flick. Sam Rockwell and Rosemarie DeWitt will play parents Eric and Amy Bowen, respectively.

The original 1982 flick revolved around the Freeling family, who were stalked and terrorized by a group of ancient ghosts that were attracted to their youngest daughter, Carol Anne.
