Freddie Stroma Joins Lifetime's 'Unreal' Pilot

Freddie Stroma is headed to the small screen!

According to Deadline, the 26-year-old English actor will star opposite Shiri Appleby in Lifetime’s drama pilot Unreal.

The series goes behind the scenes of a hit competition dating show to follow the experiences of Rachel (Appleby), a young staffer whose sole job is to manipulate her relationships with (and among) the contestants to heighten the drama. Freddie will play the handsome and charming bachelor who is at the center of the reality show — the heir to a hotel empire — who resists being a part of the show until he realizes that he can use it to his advantage.

Freddie is probably best known for playing Cormac McLaggen in the Harry Potter films.
