Bella Thorne is bright and beautiful at Latina Magazine‘s “Hollywood Hot List” party held at The Redbury Hotel on Thursday night (October 3) in Hollywood.

The 15-year-old actress wore a Fausto Puglisi dress with some fun Sophia Webster heels. She completed her look with a Diane von Frustenberg bag and jewelry by Pamela Love, Wanderluster and Victor Velyan.
