Brant Daugherty gets in shape by going for a shirtless jog in the park on Thursday morning (October 10) in North Hollywood, Calif.

The 28-year-old Pretty Little Liars actor and current Dancing with the Stars contestant even tossed around a football for a bit before finishing up.

Just the night before, Brant attended People’s Ones to Watch party along with his DWTS partner Peta Murgatroyd and co-contestant Corbin Bleu.
