Ashley Benson steps out in an all-black ensemble as she arrives at Bootsy Bellows to attend Usher‘s birthday party on Monday night (October 14) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old Pretty Little Liars star was accompanied by her on-and-off boyfriend Ryan Good.
