Hayden Panettiere goes sheer on the green carpet at the 23rd Annual Environmental Media Awards held at Warner Bros. Studios on Saturday night (October 19) in Burbank, Calif.

The 24-year-old Nashville actress was joined by her younger brother, actor Jansen Panettiere.
