Emily Osment: Oceana Partners Award Gala 2013

Emily Osment arrives at the 2013 Oceana Partners Award Gala held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Wednesday night (October 30) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 21-year-old actress seemed excited to be there and watch Hilary Clinton speak.
