Justin Bieber goes shirtless while having a fun afternoon of skateboarding with friends on Sunday (December 1) at the Waterloo Skate Park in Sydney, Australia.

The 19-year-old singer was spotted out and about for the first time with his new tattoo on his left shoulder. Looks like he is trying to finish up his first full sleeve!
