Lea Michele sparkles in red as she steps out for the 2013 L’Oreal Paris’ Women of Worth event held at The Pierre Hotel on Tuesday night (December 3) in New York City.

Earlier in the day, the 26-year-old actress/singer kept it chic in a black leather jacket as she headed out of her hotel to do promo for her upcoming album Louder.
