Miley Cyrus To Perform at New Year�s Rockin� Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014

Miley Cyrus stays warm in a white furry coat while arriving at a studio in New York City on Thursday afternoon (December 12).

The 21-year-old singer just announced last night that there has been a change in her plans for the New Year.

“Smilers! There’s been a change in my NYE plans. @RyanSeacrest asked me to perform in Times Square for #RockinEve!!” she wrote.

Miley will join Capital Cities, Daughtry, Ariana Grande and The Fray at the annual countdown from the Big Apple.
