Taylor Swift & One Direction: DoSomething.org's Most Charitable of 2013!

Taylor Swift and One Direction are at the very top of DoSomething.org’s Top 20 Celebs Gone Good of 2013!

The 24-year-old entertainer takes the #1 spot thanks to the $100,000 she donated on her birthday to the Nashville Symphony after they experienced extremely difficult financial issues this year.

Taylor was also granted the top spot after headlining an event benefiting Centrepoint, an organization that helps homeless youth.

The guys of 1DHarry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan – came in second after their Red Nose Day single “One Way or Another” raised over two million dollars to help citizens suffering through poverty in Africa and the United Kingdom.

Be sure to check out the full list – which also includes Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus – over on DoSomething.org!

That’s bullish*t!
Donating money only doesn’t make you charitable!
The no.1 spot should go to someone so special who not only donated money but also went around the countries that were hit by disaster and helped them by doing something about it and that person is……………..PAUL WALKER! (R.I.P)
Even before he died he was helping other people!
Paul Walker dedicated a lot of his life to helping out other people and unlike other celebs he didn’t post or brag about it. He made sure he didn’t get attention for doing something once again unlike other celebs!
All these celebs who have done something always make sure they have the attention. Most of the celebs who do something nice probably do it to get fame because if it wasn’t for fame then they would make sure they didn’t get the attention and that it was the people who they were trying to help.
I mean look at Paul Walker (R.I.P) he helped paid for the engagement ring for the couple and only after his passing everyone found out!
Now that is what you called selflessness!

One Direction was actually in Africa to help spread awareness for Red Nose Day. They visited kids who needed medicine and schools and talked to the people there.
