Bella Thorne is lovely in yellow as she attends Elle’s 2014 Women in Television Celebration on Wednesday night (January 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 16-year-old actress was joined at the annual event by Shameless star Emmy Rossum.

The day before, Bella flashed a smile as she did some shopping at the Time Warner Center after the USPS Cut Paper Heart Forever Stamp Event in New York City.
