Justin Bieber pulls up his swim trunks while shirtless on the beach on Saturday afternoon (January 25) near a private resort in Punta Chame, Panama.

That same day, video of the 19-year-old entertainer strolling the beach with model Chantel Jeffries surfaced online.

For those of you who may not know, Chantel was the passenger in Justin‘s yellow Lamborghini when he was pulled over and subsequently arrested for drag racing on Thursday, January 23rd in Miami Beach, Fla.
