Ashley Benson to 'Cosmo': Ryan Good is a Positive Influence on People!

Ashley Benson stays sultry on the March 2014 cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, on newsstands February 4!

The 24-year-old Pretty Little Liars star opened up to the mag about what she’s not willing to do on camera, how she avoids the partying scene, and her on-and-off relationship with boyfriend Ryan Good. Check it:

On nudity: “I never want to do nudity that’s gratuitous. Girls look so much better in lingerie or a t-shirt and leave the rest up to the imagination. I make it clear that I have a line. Everyone tries to push you, and it’s easy to get talked into doing those things. I’ll just walk off-set. But not everyone realizes they can do that.”

On staying grounded: “There are drugs and alcohol in my family on both sides, so I’ve seen lives ruined, going to jail and all that. Once you start with any drug, it can be an addiction – that’s why I never want to start and am not even tempted, because that chain is relentless. And if it runs in your family, you see how unglamorous it is. I would never want to be out of control with my body.”

On Ryan: “Ryan is one of the strongest people I’ve met, so grounded and such a positive influence on people. We took a break because it was so hard. I work 20 hour days, so I’m always gone. So a lot of your relationship is on the phone and iChatting and trying to catch up.”

Prineps: Primum non nocere Latin – Above all, first do no harm

The moral panic in Western society re the nude, with billions spent on mind control and conditioning through the controlled media, concomitant with severe criminalization of nude imagery of youth, now devolves to execrable bane.

Ironic, that much of music, rose up from rebellion. And yet Miley Cyrus was snubbed at the Grammys, Miley was said to remain home, playing Guitar Hero. Miley braves nudity in her art, and is certainly rebellious to the Establishment. Gratuitous nudity? (While billionaire Tom Perkins, complains to the Wall Street Journal, that the extreme wealthy are being treated exactly as were victims of the Holocaust, oh the persecution!) Music awards now seem maneuvered for political and social control, as opposed to extolling much of music’s roots in rebellion.

Miley’s detractor, Lorde, received highest honors. Ariana Grande, who apparently equates “sexy” to brimstone and demons, was also treated to much acclaim.

Elsewhere, even Chet Kresiak, stalwart champion of nudes, cheers the recent Jezebel article slamming Vogue Magazine for merely Photohop retouching of model’s pictures to make them appear more glamorous. There is an actual movement afoot to severely criminalize mere photo retouching.

That’s the state of our world today. Go figure.
