Jessica Brown-Findlay Talks 'Meet Cute' in 'Winter's Tale'

Jessica Brown-Findlay keeps warm in a nice coat after stopping by BBC Radio in London on Friday morning (February 14).

The 24-year-old British actress is promoting her new film, Winter’s Tale, alongside co-star Colin Farrell.

In a new interview with HitFix, the two chatted about their characters — Beverly and Peter — meet cute. This is not only their characters’ first scene together, but also the first scene they filmed.

“Sometimes it’s nice to, if you’re doing a film, to not have to say anything, to get to walk or do some walking scenes in the character and easily get into it, but this was jumping straight into that scene and that was one of my favorite scenes in the film,” Colin shared.

Jessica added, “We could do takes where it was just like ‘Now you can just be really silly,’ which I like, and with the thought they could ‘Just let it…happen.’”
