Katy Perry is feminine in floral as she attends the 2014 Elle Style Awards held at One Embankment on Tuesday (February 18) in London, England.

The 29-year-old singer was named Elle’s Woman of the Year during the annual award ceremony and was presented the honor by Kylie Minogue. Congrats, Katy!
