Demi Lovato Stands Up to Haters: 'I Get Knocked Down, But I Get Up Again'
Demi Lovato puts on an amazing live show for her Neon Lights Tour stop at the BB&T Center on Tuesday night (February 25) in Sunrise, Fla.
That same day, the 21-year-old singer took to Twitter to address some negativity she’s been seeing.

“‘I GET KNOCKED DOWN BUT I GET UP AGAIN AND YOU’RE NEVER GONNA GET ME DOWN!!!!’ #storyofmyLIFE,” Demi tweeted. “There’s nothing more upsetting and hurtful than people having no regards to someone’s private life and using the web to bring people down.”
She continued, “The things people do can affect/hurt others. Even if you don’t think I see things.. I’m not a celebrity, I’m an artist & most importantly human.”
Earlier in the month, Demi posed with Lucy Hale backstage at her SAP Center show in San Jose, Calif.
