Cody Simpson & Witney Carson Light Up DWTS with a Tango!

Cody Simpson dramatically dips Witney Carson during their tango on Monday night’s (March 24) Dancing With The Stars.

The pair swept across the floor to Chris Brown‘s “Yeah” and literally lit up the ballroom with their costumes, earning a 22 from the judges.
