Willow Shields: 'Catching Fire' Wins Big at the Kids' Choice Awards 2014!

Willow Shields makes her grand entrance at the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards held at USC Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 29).

The 13-year-old Hunger Games actress sported a matching crop top and skirt along with heels for the show.
