Jeremy Irvine to Star in Upcoming Movie �Stonewall�!

Jeremy Irvine is coming to a theater near you in Roland Emmerich‘s Stonewall.

The 24-year-old British actor is set to headline the film as a young man discovering himself during the raid and the following civil rights movement.

The movie will center on the June 28, 1969 police raid at the Stonewall Inn, a bar owned by the mafia that was a known gathering place for gays and transgenders. The event was one that is still considered very important in the fight for equal rights for the gay and transgender population.
