Maika Monroe Brings 'It Follows' To Cannes 2014

Maika Monroe rocks a tropical pink skirt at Deadline’s Cocktails on the Croisette event held at La Gold Plage on Friday afternoon (May 16) in Cannes, France.

The next day, the 20-year-old actress joined co-star Daniel Zovatto and writer/director David Robert Mitchell attend the It Follows reception during the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.

It Follows summary: For 19-year-old Jay (Monroe), fall should be about school, boys and weekends out at the lake. But after a seemingly innocent sexual encounter, she finds herself plagued by strange visions and the inescapable sense that someone, or something, is following her. Faced with this burden, Jay and her teenage friends must find a way to escape the horrors that seem to be only a few steps behind.
