Coronation Street's Brooke Vincent & Georgia May Foote Keep The Carpet Hot at British Soap Awards 2014

Brooke Vincent and Georgia May Foote hit the red carpet for the 2014 British Soap Awards held at Hackney Empire on Saturday evening (May 24) in London, England.

The 21- and 23-year-old actresses star on Coronation Street, which cleaned up at the show with a total of nine awards including Outstanding Achievement for Helen Worth, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Dramatic Performance, Best On-Screen Partnership, Best Storyline and Best Single Episode. Nice!

It was recently announced that Georgia will be leaving the popular soap after it’s current run. However, her character Katy won’t be killed off.

“I have had an amazing four years on Coronation Street. I have had some fantastic storylines and worked with some wonderful actors,” Georgia shared in a statement. “I am very excited about what the future holds. Whilst I will be sorry to say goodbye to Weatherfield, I am looking forward to the challenge of new roles.”
