“So much hate for celebrating Marilyn’s spirit on her birthday. I adore her work and have compassion for her inner sadness that she covered up on a daily basis,” Ariana said kicking off her long rant.

She continued to say, “Judging her for her wildly rumored personal life (which is truly no one else’s business) is only a distraction from her talent, beauty, comedic genius and effervescent spirit…. it always breaks my heart to see people say such terrible things about people they’ve never met / don’t really know the one hundred percent truth about. so today, I choose to celebrate the beautiful parts of marilyn. we should only and always focus on the beautiful things… because what we focus on expands….. which is why I feel for the people who focus on hate…. because that’s all you have to give. and I truly do feel sorry for you because when you’ve been dead for 50 some odd years…… nobody will be wishing you a happy birthday.”

Foveal perception, Miss Grande. So will you now be cowed into banality or else dare to be willing to suffer for greatness?

  • LOL

    Ariana is such a skank

  • LOL

    Ariana is a troll

”we should only and always focus on the beautiful things” she says that because she is a horrible person LOL, she wants people to recognize her for her talent and IGNORE everything else that she’s done. I won’t ignore anything because you can look beautiful, sing perfectly but if you are a bad person none of that matters.

    omg she is so annoying

Ariana Grande is one of the biggest fakes ever, if not the most. I was a fan of hers once, but after the stunts she’s pulled, I now know what kind of person she really is.

  • …..

If you can’t take the heat, honey, get out of the kitchen. I’ve never liked this chick, who claims to be the next Mariah. Yeah, right….She tries to come across like an innocent (and creepy) little girl, and I’ve heard that’s why she burst onto the scene so quickly. Think CASTING COUCH.

So much hate! focus on yourselves not someone else you don’t even know. maybe everything she has done was for publicity. who CARES! let her live her life, while you live YOURS!

  • Kristy

    Very odd and disturbing rant.

  • Kristy

Why doesn’t she put more energy in good causes instead of championing marketing engineered people who only place societies focus on mainstream materialism.

  • Jen

what is she even talking about

  • Allison

I don’t see where she said anything wrong…Just because you are in the public eye doesn’t mean you should shut your mouth and not stand up for someone. Marylin Monroe was a public figure and an AMAZING actress. Being in the public eye makes people look into a personal life that truely is NO ONES BUSINESS. I feel for her because no one is perfect and it must really suck to have people pick apart your imperfections that most of society goes through themselves. Funny, when your a nobody, no one knows your secrets and you can judge everyone else for their dirt. Clean out your own closets people before you start rummaging through someone elses.

    @JEN: that’s what i’m sayin! lol
