Sophie McShera Honors Medical Detection Dogs After Monte Carlo Film Festival

Sophie McShera goes cute and colorful for the Medical Detection Dogs Cruise on the Thames River on Westminster Pier in London on Thursday evening (June 12).

The 29-year-old actress joined her Downton Abbey co-stars Lesley Nicol, Jim Carter, Rob James-Collier, and�Phyllis Logan for the event honoring the UK Charity.
