Bella Thorne goes tropical for the 2014 JJ Summer Fiesta held at Pink Taco in West Hollywood, Calif., on Saturday afternoon (July 12).

The 16-year-old actress was spotted chatting it up with actor Nolan Gerard Funk, Madison Beer and Alli Simpson inside the bash.
