Jake T. Austin Charged With Hit & Run For Car Crash Last November

Not the best of news for Jake T. Austin.

The 19-year-old Fosters actor has been charged with hit and run after he was involved in a car crash last November, TMZ reports.

At the time of the 4-car crash, witnesses said that they saw “Jake toss an alcohol bottle out of the car, but before cops arrived at the scene, he had ordered an Uber (Town Car service) and headed to the ER” where he got stitches.

If convicted of the one count of misdemeanor hit and run, Jake could face up to six months in jail and a $1000 fine.
