Joe Jonas Looks Super Clean Cut on Solo Shopping Spree

Joe Jonas slicks his hair to the side while out shopping by himself at RTE on Tuesday afternoon (July 29) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 24-year-old singer browsed a few stores on both Melrose and La Cienega Blvd.
