Derek Hough Joins 'Nashville' in Recurring Role!

Derek Hough is hanging up his dancing shoes for a hot second.

According to Deadline, the 29-year-old actor and pro dancer has landed a role on ABC’s Nashville, in a multi-episode arc in the upcoming third season.

Derek will play Noah West, a “a beguiling and disarming movie star who will cross paths with the players of Nashville’s music realm for the first time when he’s tapped for a leading role in the biopic of a famous country singer.”

In case you missed the news, Derek is also returning for the 19th season of Dancing the Stars!

Nashville‘s third season premieres on Wednesday, Sept. 24 @ 10/9c on ABC. Congrats, Derek!
