Kendall Jenner Wants Waitress Who Defamed Her to Apologize

Kendall Jenner is not taking this lying down – she wants an apology and retraction from the waitress who claims she threw money in her face.

The waitress in question posted a tweet that was then the subject of many stories. The 18-year-old reality star and model’s lawyers are now demanding the waitress post an “appropriate retraction and sincere apology” to Kendall.

“As you know, when you waited on my client at Mercer Kitchen last week, there was no issue with service whatsoever,” a cease-and-desist letter from her lawyers read (via E! News). “Although you are working as a waitress…I understand that you are also a struggling actress whose credits include a handful of television appearances,” Singer also wrote. “You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself and raise your own public profile.”

Kendall previously denied the accusations on her own Twitter account.
