Meryl Davis & Charlie White Get Booed At NASCAR's Pure Michigan 400 - Eek!

Meryl Davis shared a cute collage on Twitter over the weekend from the NASCAR Pure Michigan 400 race.

Together with partner Charlie White, the duo served as the race’s grand marshals but didn’t get a warm reception after asking drivers to start their engines — they were booed!

But even with that, Meryl, 27, seemed to have a great time: “Had a lot of fun at the track today! Thanks to @PureMichigan and the #MIS for having us!! #puremichigan400.”

During a press conference later on, Charlie and Meryl dished on their “worst wrecks” on the ice.

“I remember one time Charlie broke my fall with his head,” Meryl shared. “That was probably the worst we have had. We made a quick trip to the hospital, but, overall, we’ve been pretty lucky.”

They probably booed because of Meryl’s fake romance with Maks. People feel used.

Good! My faith in humanity has been restored. Why would they be there to begin with?

Charlie, I dearly love you and Meryl together. You make the most beautiful couple. I’m very much a romantic–have you ever taken Meryl in your arms and kissed her lips? Please try it and see what happens. Both sets of parents would love to share grandchildren, and most of America would celebrate the union of an extremely fabulous couple. You already love each other and you’re already best friends. Give it a go Charlie.

Charlie and Meryl, I watched my first NASCAR race due to the fact that I wanted to see you two. I thought that Charlie, your voice commanded the drivers’ attention. Meryl, you gave a very sexy ” start your engines,” and I’m sure the drivers appreciated it. Thank you and congratulations!
