Taylor Swift gets some fresh air at the top of the Empire State Building just ahead of her live stream on Monday afternoon (August 18) in New York City.
“I don’t know if I’ll stay in that holding pattern of making an album every two years,” she shared. “I’d like [two years] to be the minimum…because I think you need to give yourself time to change and experience things and learn lessons so you have these things to tell your fans.”
Taylor added about her new song, “I want [this song] to be about the girl who’s criticizing someone in the 11th grade because she thinks her hair looks stupid and then that girl goes and cries in the bathroom because of it. These are the things that we go through in every stage of our life.”
