Francia Raisa shows off her tiny waist while leaving a VMAs after party at Bootsy Bellows on Monday night (August 25) in Los Angeles.

Francia was also one of the many stars to celebrate National Dog Day on Tuesday.

“Happy #nationaldoggyday, My baby Sparky,” she wrote with a cute pic on Instagram. Francia also gave a shout out to her other pup, Estrellita, who passed away.
