Dakota Fanning Always Felt in Control of Her Acting Career!

Dakota Fanning rocks a bold patterned dress on the red carpet at The Daily Front Row’s Fashion Media Awards held on Friday (September 5) at the Park Hyatt in New York City.

Recently, the 20-year-old actress opened up about whether she’d eventually growing tired of being an actress.

“When I was younger and first starting out, my mom said I could stop whenever I wanted and that would be fine, she wouldn’t care,” Dakota told Arizona Central.

She continued to say, “She would leave it up to me. So then I had the power in the situation to choose to continue. So I’ve never felt out of control of what I was doing. I always felt like it was in my own power to continue or not continue, and that freedom has allowed me to still enjoy it. I truly never have had a desire to stop acting thus far.”
