Justin Bieber shows off his neck tattoo while on set for Killing Hasselhoff on Tuesday afternoon (September 23) in Venice Beach, Calif.

The 20-year-old filmed some scenes where he had a big discussion with the star of the movie David Hasselhoff.

The day before, Justin showed his support for his long-time manager Scooter Braun.
